why the common muslim is scared
by RAVINDRA KASARAGOD on Jul 15, 2006 08:04 PM  Permalink

The whole world knows that most of the terrorist activities are carried out by the organisations connected to muslim community and funded only by few Islamic countries. It is also true that the local people are used as instrument of terrorism. Most of such terror activities are planned at the muslim localites. Therefore, it is very natural that the finger of doubt is pointed to such places, where, even innocent muslims too are searched and interrogated. That could not be avoided!

Muslims need not feel scared. Whenever such terror activities take place they should come on the road in numbers and publically condemn such acts. This is not being done. When it is not being done, the other communities doubt the integrity of whole community.

Responsible Journalism

Dear Ashraf ,

I feel you article is very biased. If there is a chance of communal riots or there is one all involved sides including administration is scared . As others have said muslims citizens, organizations and leaders should take real measures to cut the support to terrorists, not just some paper statement etc.

I am sure every Islamic terrorist participating in this guerilla warefare has patronage or support from so called muslim bastis or areas in the town, officials or some Islamic organizations.Let there be valid measures by the community.Otherwise citizens of the affected nation will take charge out of frustration and helplessness, though such acts are no less than terrorism

If you are pointing out(based on Ayaz Rokadia's words and other's)that administrnation just names muslim behind a blast,I feel you should take lessons in Journalism.

Dear friend people like you and other indian leaders (hindu and muslim)somehow reach a point where they can communicate and influence mass but fail to communicate responsibly.
Naxalite and other groups are focussed to that region and not relegion driven (unlike Islamic Groups)

Do a article which tries to find answers and analyzes.

Love ur country
by Indian muslim on Jul 15, 2006 07:58 PM  Permalink

It is very painful to read some of the views expresswd by the Hindu brothers, one has already belives that muslims are not minorites, the other one thinks that 90% support Pakistan then there is one brother who wants the proof of indianess?

As a true Indian Muslim i do not think i need to prove my love for my mother country everytime when incidents like this happen. Thanks to majority of Hindu brothers who do not share their views.

Only a sick mind can justify these kind of innocent killings. In my view they do not belong to any religion, they are simply terrorist. As a humanbeing i am equaly at pain to see so many innocent people die irrespective of their faith.

what is more important at these hour is to take a very firm step to put an end to these sick minds.I feel it is not only the responsibilities of Muslims but every Indian.Time as come to act,let us unite & defeat these evil forces.

People don't loose trust with one particular incident or action .The image / trust is build up of a certain religion or community after series of action/incident.
