You have written what exactly was on my mind. Our politicians dont have the guts to do it. the only solution is Developing a Parallel System of Likeminded individuals like you and me who will be ready to give their lives for the motherland.
Just before, I read a news "Samajwadi party says SIMI isnot a terrorist outfit." This is the pure ignorance of the Indian public. When such a statement is issued by a state ruling party. That party should never come to power again. What can you expect from these people, do you think they would do what ever you have asked in your essay. NO NO NO, they will harbour the terrorist. (Please note: SIMI is banned by central and majority of states and I strongly believe a ban would not occur unless its a terrorist organisation).
I would say that 50% of the blame should be with you. We are voting for those groups, who blindly follow the minority appeasement and soft towards terrorist. I do remember of time when Mr.Vajbai declared that there would not talks with Pakistan, until the terrorist outfits are removed. I don't see anything done by our PM now.
Indians are strategically deprevied of their past. If that muslim bomber/supporter knows that at one point of time they were hindus(Indian), I think they would have thought twice.

Unfortunately we have a set of politicians who are either are not bothered about the citizens of this country or are scared about the US or the international community.The leaders are not ones who face the music when it comes to instances like this. it is the poor common man, who vote these people to power and expect them to provide protection to them from hunger,provide them shelter and attcks such as these.

Very good article. It has touched to the heart. Yes, we need to be ruthless in dealing with these terrorist. To do this we need to first ruthless with our own people. We first need to wiped out corruption. Our security forces / Police are taking bribe from these terrorist to give them the safe passage to enter in the country as we as allow to carry explosives.
We need to have a network like these terrorist in the other country so that they cannt easily hide in other country. Our network should ruthly crush them.

I agree with the author of this article. For heavans sake, we are a peace loving nation, that does not mean that we are impotent. Punishment against such henious acts should be swift and harsher than the crime itself. Only then people would deter from carry out such activties. We, the common man need to tell our government now that enough is enough. We have to do something now.
I do agree with the article, in fact we should learn from country like Israil. A small country like Israil surrounded by hostile muslim countries is able to tackle the terroists much better then India.
