I fully agree with the author. Whoever commits the terrorism irrespective of religion should be given stringent treatment.

All Hindustani must be ruthless hitting the terrorrists back
by A P Sensharma on Jul 13, 2006 07:35 PM  Permalink

The time has come for we the Indians to stand up united and refuse and reject all anti Indian elements , be it within the government or outside. We are compelled to live a life of a spineless species. It is extremely difficult for a nation, governed by a foreigner, to demand justice. May I ask those enthusiasts, political activists, leaders as what all they are achieving in good sense by backing a foreigner at the top of a nationalist party which has the history of freedom struggle. Let the good sense prevail, let us wake up and start our battle before our beloved motherland loses her sovereignty once for all. Let all Hindustani wage a final and decisive war against our enemies before we die leaving behind our children destined for slavery.

We do understand the threat of a massive destruction both sides if we get into conflicts with Pakistan. But, Bangladesh & Nepal cannot be tolerated as terrorist hideouts. Its very important to go the Israel way with Bangladesh,Nepal to Nip the bud early. Else in future we will have terorist attacks from all the three sides.

We need to deal with Pakistan Politically in the global Platform. Whatever said and done about terrorist our Intelligence agencies need to pull up in nabbing the inland supports of these extremists including politician who kindle the riots.

Its high time we get on the offensive instead of being defensive coz at times like these To be offensive is the best form of defence. we have to learn a lesson or two from Israel who being surrounded by hatemongers from all sides is able to defend its territory and people. two kidnapped and they blew apart the people who did it and here we have 200 KILLED and we sit silently, coz there is noone from the politician's families, dont paralyse the security forces by listening to non-defunct orgs like Human Rights who are actually terrorists cells operating freely to demoralise our forces

i think the biggest cause of terrorism in social injustice ,poverty and unemployment ... because they are the circumstances which lead to making of terrorist ,naxals and other extremist outfits .So i think we must improve the security standards and defend ourselves. killing terrorist is not the solution one dies 2 will be trained so killing terrorist is not the the solution ..
but yeah this dosent mean we dont hdefend ourselves we and give the terrorist a free hand

an eye for an eye, is not a solution, no smoke without a fire, govt knows the root cuase & that should be eradicated rather than killing humans we should kill the cause. There are strayed people & strayed groups, they are being killed for longtime but there is no end to it, more & more recruits shall emerge, unemployment has also led to this recruitments, we should look towards this issue rather than commenting on what is visible.

RE:What should India do?
by Ajanta Kumar on Jul 17, 2006 11:28 AM  Permalink
We should throw away the Gandhian theory of kneeling before everybody and begging for freedom.

We are the country of Maharana Pratap. The best way to teach a lesson to Pakistan is to follow the path of Israel.

India needs to be ruthless
by RK on Jul 13, 2006 07:27 PM  Permalink

It is easier said than done. Simply appealing to become ruthless doesn\'t mean anything unless it comes to reality. Try to ponder on how would you make this happend and you start finding blackholes in the nation;s philosophy and the doctrines we are used to drink by all the congress style politicians. The war most of the time happens in mind first and then into acts. How many of us really know to live as ONE nation? Most common people do have corrupt mind sets. They would talk about corruption but would do the same when their time comes. Remember 1993 bomb blasts? All Custom people accepted few Rs as a bribe to let the terrorists take the RDX to Sindhudurg districts. They didn\'t know that it was RDX but they didn\'t care...U cant fight with such people on your side. Saying Mera Bharat Mahan doesn\'t make Mera Bharat Mahan, it becomes only when people in India become Mahan. We never fight against the terrorism, we just keep blaiming the Govt, army or somthing else... basically we lack vigour, valour and the spirit of fighting...Fighting spirit has remained only with our brave soldiers, it is sold there as well.
