I think joint commissioner of police and commissioner are waiting for world cops to do their task. Also let some terrorist group to call them or some news agency and then collect sufficient information and display it to the public that they are on right track. The track which their seniors had followed better than them during 1993 blast that is why still that case is not over.
The cops across the border seem to have more resolve to arrest the guys. Contrast this with what happened in Mumbai - cops took half an hour to come onto the scene! Indian Police - learn from your Nepalese counterparts
I think those responsible for the blast should be nabbed immediately and sentenced to death without trial or without any legal course of trial. Moreover, the weak Indian Government is totally responsible for the blast coz they are too linient to take any actions against the Muslims as they consider them as the vote bank. We need change and a new governance.
