India has enuf intelligence to traceout who is the cause, as everyone wud knw, it'll be one of these Al-Qaida's, Police will catch them, but since because the terrorists belong to a Minor Category, as defined by Govt of India, the culprits will enjoy the relaxations.What wud Govt do if they cud catch the terroists, will the Govt Hang them!? What could they do to the culprits of 1993 Bomb blast, Media can reach Dawood but not the hands of Indian Govt.Its all a matter of days, excpt for those who r injured or lost their dear ones, rest of the mass will forget tht.
And, politicians will be too busy with their own issues
And one fine day, there will be agn Serial disaster of the similar kind.....
This is not the first time India has been hit by terrorist attacks. This is not the first time we have cried over innocent lives being lost...yet, there is nothing the nations administrative power can do except to blame the oppositions of their inability to cater to the situation.
The fact is that united we stand - why is it so difficult for the political parties in India to learn that? Half the problems in India are due to the fact that the so called administration parties dont want to help the nation..they just want to help themselves.
The spirit of Mumbai folks is truely appreciated. They stand by each other come a natural calamity or a brutal terrorist attack. that shouldnt be much of trouble for the Government in India..it makes their work easier!! Question is..what happens if other major cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai are put through the same? Does the government or any other party have an implementation in place to prevent damage to human life? Speaking is no use...action with a whole heart is all that matters now.
Wake up India,its time to put our act together. Thats the true growth to the Worlds biggest democracy - value human lives..save them
The images of mumbai blast are so distrubing that one cannot sleep i am on the net at 3 am and going though the updates. I would only like to suggest the following.
1. Any amount of intellegence inputs and police security will not be enough given the fact that our country is very vast and the trouble prone areas are many. 2. In such a situation it is the citizens who have to be more alert and they should be trained by print and electronic media or some sought of compulsory training by the home ministry to be more vigilant look out for suspisious looking persons and objects and also provide information to identify any objects containing a timed device or explosive materials. 3. The citizens have to be more vigilant if they need to be safe. 4. City police can use the services of taxi and auto drivers to provide inputs about the movements of suspicious looking persons in the city. 5. There are instances were even beggers have provided useful information. 6. Finally a fitting reply must be given within a time frame to give a message to these dirty minds that we are not on the receiving end always. In case of letigation govt should set up special courts to give final
i think there is a definite handwork of pakistan-eventhough musharraf is condemming it. also i wont be surprised if some of our politicians are also involved-those who can divide the country on the basis of caste and religion-they can do anything
