Enough is enough
by Nagendra on Jul 14, 2006 09:24 AM  Permalink

I think it is high time we learn from our past mistakes. As a society we have a failed miserably to react to this kind of barbaric act repeatedely. It is no use blaming a politician/party because it is we who elect them and they all stem from the same society which we are all part of.We as country , are in badly need of a war on terror. My hats off to mumbai people for their courage and manner in which they handled the situation.Acts of terror can never be prevented but ought to be preempted.

Patriotic

This article is perhaps the view point of most Patriotic Indians and may not suit the ambitious politicians.
Look at the Second Example of Israel hitting Lebanon. Terror needs to be terrorised. No peaceful Solution can be there. POK needs to be attacked and No Super Power should be allowed to dictate the terms of our Security.

I 100% agree with your views.

Every life is priceless. It's worth more that a million or billion rupees. Till date tousands of lives have been lost. But our politicians need to understand this. Just calling it a "Cowardly act" and not taking any solid actions against the terrorists proved that our politions more caward than those bad guys. Just go crush them. There is no need to catch them alive and spend time, money and other resources on their trials.

Samajwadi party already declared that SIMI was not a terrorist organization. This is a vote game. Shame on them. Government should check for the links between Samajwadi party and SIMI; and other terririst organizations.

Enough is enough!

Why is it that when going thru life history of any terrorist who has been captured we coem to know that after getting into this world of hatred ,he has been to pakistan for some months. Why does this has to be true with all those who have been declared and captured as terrorist? If pakistan has no base for these people y do these people have to go their? And why does this happen that its always india which is under such attacks and y not ever their is any such single inhuman act take place in pakistan? By God's grace this should never happen to anybody or any country but is it not true that we being neighbour face these attacks regularly. So When is it that our government and those who always say that we cant blame anybody accept and analyze the truths.

Every other country has teh self defence right,so when will india use its right to save its innocent citizens.Do our intelligence agencies unaware of people or organisation who were and are behind any attacks? Our country is growing economically strong but its still not that strong that we can employ our forces on all the open borders for day and night. But still its amazing to know that normal people who want to get passport or visa even for some emergency have to go thru extensive and long procedural processing and still dont have guarantee that tehy will get one.Where in on the other hand we have seen that abu salem and monica bedi had dozens of passports of diff nationality and they have been to india on different identities multiple times.Like this all the people who police find suspicious flee the country within hours and hence are away from the law and order of teh country. So what kind of rules are there for such people? And even if pakistan says that it has no base for terrorists organisation, why do we always listen that any suspect has escaped from india and has taken shelter in pakistan?

Mumbaikar - Down Down
by Sunny on Jul 13, 2006 10:07 PM  Permalink

I don't like mumbaikars. Their suffering is unmatched in human history but they easily forgive everyone & get on with their lives. Why blood not TEARS is RED after all.
