There was time when politicians feared the media. So there was a time when media gave the true picture to the public. Now we dont have both. Media exaggerates the issues and still the politicians remain pigheaded. They fear to fight the terrorists, beacuse they will lose the muslim votes. At least we people should correct ourselves. Do we? No. We still give them equal chances during all the elections. All we people have in our hand is to care about our own family and live like refugees in our motherland.
Am totaly agreed the tone & tenor of the aricle. I belive, we are the useless democrcy country in the world, where we can protect our own people. I support USA where they replied 9/11 incident & result may not be good.
The reason is our enemy know very well about our capabilities, our approach to the problem.
Now is the time. Lets give our enemies a stern reply. They have tested our freindship and now is the time to show our fierce enemity. At the same time we should safeguard our national interest by respecting each others sentiments, by protecting our people. The country's biggest weapon will not be nuclear or chemical bombs but the unity of entire nation.
Dear Suresh Sahib, Well done. Your article is an eye opener. Alongwith America, I wish you had also mentioned about Israel. Just see, for only one of their soldiers detained by Hamas, they have reacted so wildly. Alas! that sort of spirit we lack. We have no guts. We are too worried not to annoy our friendly muslim countries. We don't have much regards for human beings in India. It seems that our leaders think that we have population problem as it is. A few killed here and there every day will keep the population under control as far as they are concerned. Sorry to say, we have no regards for human lives in our country. It is none of their concern if people are slaughtered by these terrorists each day. Have you ever heard a kin of any of our politicians laying down his life for the sake of the motherland, dying in Kargil like war or in any insurgency operations in J&K or NE. None at all. Once again, congrats for writing such a good article. Hope our Masters find time to read it.
