these two great persons may be busy in planning something new to be said on their own without consulting the pm as in the same manner of arjun singh, anbumani ramdoss, natwar and so on end less list till a last grass root congress worker. they may be busy in giving some reservations for minorities, a new idea reserve some state for minorities.
