It is indeed sad that mumbai has been targeted again.It is appalling to see that we are not able to provide security for our own people.Rarely does anything go on in any locality,town or city without the knowledge of the local police.These are the people who must be free from politics and manipulations at least in matters of our security.
There must be a sense of pride in working for a security agency and under no cicumstances should one compromise internal security.The least that the authorities can do is to be firm about that.They can do whatever else they want to profit from the office they are holding. Being experienced in the bureucracy all his life, the least the PM can do is, take internal security as priority, and help set up the co-ordination of various security agencies seamlessly. The polical parties, instead of carrying out useless rallies and calling for bandh at the first instance, can mobilise people through their local party offices and hold basic security drills during weekends and help the common man. It will be of no use if we simply vent our anger now and forget it in a week. Media must help to keep the issue going through TV channels and internet.
I, an Indian living in China, came to know about the serial blasts during online chat with my wife. It is heart-breaking to know that some evil powers are trying to shatter intergrity of my homeland.
No religion excepting terrorism preaches hatred or violance. Such acts are dirty shadows of those humans who have no regard for other humans. How can the Father be happy when some of his own children are destroying their own brothers and sisters?
