We had and have a Govt that always sleeps ! It has not taken any proactive steps to encourage people to inform police without getting identified and subsequently killed, we have laws that works only on eye witness evidence ( police is never able to collect any forensic evidence ) ; it has not taken any measures to improve the quality of police personnel ( most of them are awfully corrupt, inefficient, indifferent , officious and immoral - in short downright hopeless ) , not taken measure to stop corruption in politics and bureaucracy ( no cabinet minister, PM / Governors and President should be allowed to hold office for more than 2 terms and all must retire at 70 years ). We must enforce laws and root out useless and hopeless politicians and regional political parties immediately. It's people like them who negate any chances of good work.
Oh my goodness! When is this going to stop? Perhaps this will open the eyes of the sleeping nationalists and of the media about the dangers from Pakistan and the need to stop the so-called peace-process! If such blasts had rocked the US or UK, they would have done an Iraq and Afghanistan to Pakistan, declared it a terrorist state. They would have far strict laws than POTA. What are we doing? How many more such blasts do we need to hit back?
Is it not a failure of Intelligence Agencies. Why Indian Govt Can not deal strongly with terrorism.they dont have any laws to fight against terrorism and moreover there is no comment from any leaders.Some terrorist treat India like a Garden where any one can come and jog around.
