As recent incidents show, insurgency of spies into our high security military and civilian facilities is very rampant. Any body with mal intention would have caused this mishap.. agni..and now.. gslv.. Our government should be more cautious.

mistakes are great chances for learning. going by ur logic mr. menon US should not even think of launching a rocket,leave alone sending space shuttles. isro has demonstrated in past that they can do it. it is really hard to understand the efforts put in but it always easy to criticize.

Do you know that ISRO has had 12 successes in a row in the last decade. It is not fair to give such negative comments to them. Its our responsibility as Indians to work for our country and not just discuss India in our living rooms.
