Wake up ISRO and work hard
by Anand on Jul 11, 2006 03:18 AM  Permalink

It seems like people who worked with eminent personalities like Dr.Sarabhai and HomiBhabha have retired and the new hands are more interested in showing off rather than getting things done..I would request. Dr.Madhavan Nair to concentrate more on ISRO work and appear less on newpapers, channels and other show bizz stuff..Results will follow

Good luck

Blame the media and their HYPE
by Mr Blonde on Jul 11, 2006 02:57 AM  Permalink

Hype is the awkward and desperate attempt to convince journalists that what you've made is worth the misery of having to review it.

In a single day both heart attack? We are comparing ourselves to China?
Hope good luck next time

It's easy to fall into the trap of believing all the hype that's written about you... Who knows? In a couple of years, you might find me in the loony bin!

You left a billion heart shattered :(

INSAT 4C launch unsuccessful
by C. C. on Jul 11, 2006 02:15 AM  Permalink

Its a rare occurance but it would be interesting to know whether any sabotage was involved particularly since agni III was launched a day before. i am not aware whether the technogies have sumthin similar but if they have then sabotage cannot be ruled out.

More Diligent
by santosh on Jul 11, 2006 01:25 AM  Permalink

we should have paid more attention after the agni test was unsucessfull. The eyes are all set on india, so whatever it does it is in news and watched upon, and this time is the perfect time to show the world that we are better and the best, we cannot afford to make such mistakes, otherwise we would turn ourselves to laughing stock. Planning is startegic here even though if it takes some time.

Space Program of India
by Saurabh Prasad on Jul 11, 2006 01:13 AM  Permalink

There is no need to press panic buttons after the failure of AGNI & GSLV. The high tech field like space is constant endevour of team of our great scientists who has given us excellent track record of success in the past. Yes, there is need to review the things with cool mind and then we should strive for the success again. If we do our homework perfectly, then there is no stopping. You can DO IT!

It time to make the Indian scientific community's basic strong by removing the political intrusion from the science and research institutes and give more freedom to test whenever they want(especially agni-III)
