No need to panic for the failure of INSAT-4C. I strongly believe that our scientists are capable of achieving success in their next turn. I wish them all the best.
The incident with GSLV which happened on 10th July though tragic but is not unusual in the field of Rocketry. Even the big giants like US n Russia have failed several times (with Columbia as the recent incident). So saying tht it is on account of spy leaks or something is just kiddish. In this inricate field or Space Research, the Technology n circuitry etc. cant be bought off the shelf and has to invented/designed/discovered in-house only. And is with every new technology, failures are bound to happen. But at this moment instead of criticizing the scientists, engineers or blaming them for inadequate tests or something we should stand with them. Castigating them at this hour when India recently suffered set back on Agni-3 front too will lower their spirits. The damage report should be waited and the things rectified.
But just stop blaming this on scientists or linking everthing to spies and all......
In a country where more than half of the population are living in poverty and the basic daily necessities are not available and the prices are sky rocketing the government should not be wasting money on such rocket experiment. They should focus on millions and millions of people those are desperate and in urgent need for basis things to survive such as food, shelter, transportation, jobs, electric, healthcare, etc.
After 11 consistent successes, jus one failure doesn't mean a lot. What matters is the hard work, the efforts, thats being paid for.If we really don't think for aiming the moon, how can u even think of reaching the stars. Rock guys! Buck up.
Failure are the stepping stones to SUCCESS..IF one missile or a launch vehicle goes down, it does not in any way affect the will and determination of our scientists or the spirits of indians all over the world, this will give them more knowledge and experience which we lack in some aspects. Space program like defence research is ever evolving. You will never know when you have incorporated all the latest techniques and technologies. In any case we are not spending money on an obselete technology. Consider the futility of efforts of governments like China, Russia and Usa which had amassed a massive stock of sub sonic missiles and other armoury that are now part of obselete or out dated technology...
ISRO, DRDO has come a long way..Wish U all a greater success from next test onwards...
taking resposibility of the two consecutive failures our top most highest official should resign doctor a p j abdul kalam should resign and sit home please, if president a sence of shame then he must resign please
