The prerequisite for good physical development of youths is adequate, well-balanced, nutritious meals - no amount of gym training will do any good to emaciated, undernourished kids. And instead of being mere 'gyms', they should be recreation centres, offering all types of sporting actitivities - cricket, soccer, tennis(lawn), basketball, volleyball etc, etc - something for the entire family.
Gist of the news is that Rahul is trying to open few gym in his constituency. Rahul is young, and so he is thinking along that line. I dont think, this is creating any problem for anyone. Even in the news, I have not seen any mention of any of Rahul's statement that he thinks that gyms will help in making better Amethi. So why is then that title? This title is just suggesting that Rahul does not have any vision, therefore he has gone for this kind of gimmicks. I am not a fan of Rahul. I am just writing this message because I have noticed that most of the rediif's recent articles or discussions were anti-Cong or sometimes pro-BJP. The title of this news is also supporting my observation. Title of this particular article is just an unnecessary attempt to malign the image of Rahul (okay, I am agreed that Rahul still has not able to create any image in most of our minds).
We always expect from any news agency to present news in neutral way. Unfortunately this is not the case with any news group, news agency or newspapers. Rediff is also not an exception.
