Jayamala's claim of touching the Lord Ayyappa Idol is false...even during peak rush...It is just a trail to get publicity we are following some traditions which are to be respected...whether it is a male or female..
Basic etiquette is that we have to respect the rules and regulations of the place we are visiting by observing the same.Also it is ridiculous to raise equality issues.Nature has designed women to conceive and carry the womb.Can men do that.It is evident that nature never intended genders to be equalin respect of duties.Also in modern world legislators reserve special privileges for them.Where then is a question of democracy and equality?Only to interfere and cause confusion in hindu religion, right from M.K.Gandhi all these so called leaders are adept in preaching dubious arguments.
Ms.Jayamala said she visited shabharamala 19 years ago with her husband with out noing the rules is not a true thing. Is she fastened , is she put the garland of ayyappa. It is all happenned that she influence the people with her money and entered the holy temple where lacks of devotes came for pilgrim. Is her husband is not aware of all those rectrictions.She is trying to make some movement in the public. If she enters the Temple befor 50 years or before the resticted age peoples in kerala is not monkeys or statues. We/ ayyappan do not have the money of any ones please allow him ( AYYAPA Swamy) to stay in that holy place Without any problem. No Peoples from out side kerale can understand what is the importants of the holyworship. Is the Ayyappa is true, our worship is true no lies will exist so far he / she will be punished.
I think she is liying....... Just an advertisement......... The rules are made to follow, Their demand is Femine gender sould not to enter the temple in between 10 to 50 ...
Atleast Mens are happy there escaping from womens....
i fail to understand what this lady jayamala wants? its a tempe and there are certain rules. and what a liar. the 10-50 years women not allowed is in practice for ages. so she cant have not heard of it. ...and now see some POLITICIANS are making it a KANNADIGA issue. sorry i am not at all anti kannada or the people. but, WHO is a politician to tell people how to run temple? and if u have a problem then - please do not come over. stay at your home town. after all lord is omnipresent. and if u feel SABARIMALA is anti women, there are hudnreds of other ayyappa temples which allow women. go visit them....once again this is not anti kannadiga at all. you have your rules. others have them too. respect the local customs and then u ar welcome.

Yes. Infront of God everybody is same. But my question is why stupids raise their voice when issues is related to hindhu community? Are they dare enoguh to point out some thing in other communities? Useless politicians are trying to spoil Hindhu community, the world oldest (B.C) and most respectable community.
Dear - jayamala, you are literrally unaware of the entire story of lord ayyappa, i agree with what kalyani said, gain respect gain wealth gain prosperity gain popularity but not in this way, you are nothing to change the things which are going on from ages nothing, its soo simple if you cross your60's age you can always go. people in south most in ap/kerala/tamil/ are not aware what are you talking once they are aware you are gone for a long in this industry. if you are intent to do your own marketing/awareness take tricks from Rakhi Sawant or Amir Khan instead talking about the god with which you will suffer severely surely. AMEN.......
Jayamala is either telling lie or politicing with a view to disgrace the sanctity of revered Ayyappa temple or followers of Lord Ayyappa. This custom is prevalent ever since the temple was in existance and continue for centuries. Even the women devotees to respect the custom. How a cine star like Jayamala can plead for sins. Lord will certainly punish her for the willful offence to the diety and the believers in general.
