Well, in Praful Bidwai's English, he may be called "a person who provided many links and bridges", but in plain Hindi, it's called "dhobi ka kutta - na ghar ka, na ghaat ka" - that's V P Singh today, with the laughable attempt to launch a new political party with Raj Babbar & other losers, just a final attempt to have some selfish room in the fast-changing politics... btw, does anyone remember what's his new party's name ?? :-)
I did not read this article-because, once we see the name of the writer we know it is filled junk-It is common knowledge vp singh screwed the this nation.
The writer is obviously extremely biased. Mr V P Singh is nothing but another politician in the long list. The reservations that Mr V P Singh pushed turned India back many years. Bofors was a lot of noise and it does not seem that any one in India really wanted to get to the bottom of this scandal. I sincerely feel that people like V P Singh should be allowed to fade into oblivion where they belong
