SC Judgment does not surprise a common man who is aware of what goes on behind the curtains. Perhaps this is the nature of Independence that we have fought for wherein every politician should enjoy the \"freedom\" to plead innocence evenif SC holds him guilty. He also enjoys the right to approach people in an election to prove his innocence.
It indeed pains a common man when he dares to compare Indian democracy with American democracy where even the President admitted his guilt openly and sought pardon. Should a common man ever expect Indian politicians to show the \'courage\' to admit their guilt so that such incidents do not recur in future ?
Now as SC has found a governer guilty for desolving one state's assembly on grounds of some assumptions.
Also the election commision as conducted re-elections using our hard earned Tax-Money. who should be held responsible? what should be the punishment? who so ever is guilty of doing all this mess? will he be ever penalized to shell out the expenditure of Elections?
