And so far....honest too. Atleast he doesnt believe in blame game. If he had that name GANDHI behind him...is that his fault? His critics has only one point to blame him that since he belongs to Gandhi family...showing trust to him is relying on single family. No dear freinds...If he was to enjoy that luxury then he would have been a Big minister in the current govt, which he isnt. Then how do you think that he is and he will be just becoz of his family. He is on the right path...He wants to get it on his own. So what if he had a start being a member of Gandhi family. Think of him as a person beyond his family...as a active member of a congress party , the way he is being treated. you will have the answer. YES...He is the one.

It is absurd to think that Rahul is the answer for Congress. It has never been possible for a single person to uplift the electoral fortunes of a party. Had it been the case, popular EMS Namboodiripad, Harkishen Sing Surjit and Jyothi Basu would have conerted India into a communist State.It was not Atal Bihari Bajpayee alone who made BJP a National party. People in congress are used to a type of feudalism to blindly accept congress as the family inheritance of Nehru family.
There had been able leaders in congress who could have been brought up to give congress a national representaion e.g. Karunakaran, Pawar, Mdhavrav Scindia and A.K.Antony.Instead, congress always preferred someone from Nehru family to be the boss.It also clearly indicates thier non-recognition of fellow regional leaders, no matter how able he was.
It is the approach that any party makes to the general electorate that earns it winning edge over other parties. Notwithstanding the so called secular parties labelling them as non-secular, BJP has been projecting honestly thier pro-Hindu approach and it has been accepted by the voters in North-Indian States.
Rahul Gandhi is very young to take the leader position. But if he got elected by people, he should take the right decision. Should take the suggestions and guidelines from bright, old & experienced brains in politics (for example. MR. Monmohan Singh our proud PM). Should not be selfish or egoistic. Should welcome right thoughts always and support them with using right political words. In politics if you are trying to do some good thing, there will be lots of hurdles that you have to cross it by making them bridge.
Rahul Gandhi, by virtue of his belonging to Gandhi clan, could have imbibed the legacy of his fore-fathers but not their intellectual acumen, leadership qualities and the like. I do not deny that he could be the leader. But simply because he is carrying the Gandhi dynasty, he should be given the leadership is wrong.

Conclusion - it is too early to choose him as the leader. Let him perform himself in different roles in the party as also the govt., prove his mettle and then earn the leadership position . Then only it is wise and appropriate to handover the mantle of leadership to him.

All the parties without exception are saddled with seasoned politicians who have perfected the art of corruption. Even the so called great administrators like Chandra Babu Naidu have made the crores of ill-gotten money. It is the committed youth alone who can stem the wrought and present a clean image of the country, which is the dire need of today.
