(a) immediate cancellation of the Architects' licences who built;
(b) immediate arrests of the developers; (c) immediate dismissals of the municipal staffs who colluded with the developers/builders; (d) immediate arrests of the politicians behind the whole scam.
Criminal proceedings to commence against all those elements who created those structures.
It is not only ironical but also foolish and cowardish to whip the law on innocent occupants of these structures many of whom may not even be aware of what is going on around them, except the fact that they are going to lose the shelters they bought from their life-long earnings.
Does Lodha have that courage ?
If he does not have, then he must refrain from delivering half judgements victimizing innocent citizens.
If the law is impotent to punish telgis, its potency of whipping itself on innocent people is nothing short of a mockery of the laws of the land, and the constitution itself that pardons bofors, sukhrams, telgis, et al, and demonstrates brutal force on innocent and helpless citizens.
A situation like this is indeed very explosive enough to invite a revolution.
