When the going gets tough the tough gets going. In a country like India with limited available land, it is necessary to minimize building foot-print area, while maximizing the built-up sq ft area - high-rise, very dense, mixed-use development is the way to go; low-rise, low-density 'campuses' are just a waste of good land.
