These fellows deserve to be put behind the bars for ever. India must come out with a firm statement that Kashmir is non-negotiable and no mediation of any country will be accepted. Let persons like Mirwaiz go to Pakistan and settle there. If they were left behind during separation, they need to be give another opportunity. We must understand that these agents of Pakistan will never allow a settlement.
