In the Muslim countries, it is fear which ensures honesty more than the real desire to be honest. I have seen it a number of times and such acts do not mean that the person would always be honest. Of course there are always people who are honest by choice and if Qader is one of them, then I admire him. On the other hand, I have always seen people who commit some acts of honesty and use this as a mask for greater dishonesties. I hope Qader is not one of them.
