First of all it is not necessary to go looking for an NRI groom if happiness and companionship are the goals of marriage. Sex, beauty and money are no reason for marriage. But if the girl wants money and is foreign-minded, then she can marry an NRI. I see more and more girls marrying NRIs. Very clearly love is not blind and love is not even an issue on the minds of these despicable girls.
I have already sent three messages, but the Rediff does show them. Why? How will I read my message and others later after I have no access to your news(defamation). Is there a better way?
My Sister-in-law is a victim of this NRI marriage/ scam, Please let me know what is the legal course available to victims for this scattered marriage.
We are having major problems in guidance from the legal faternity . Can the Ministry of External affairs issue some guidelines on the legal recouse we can take?
The actual draft booklet is highly disgusting and shameless, suggesting further Gulag like one sided fascist laws to extend Govt's dirty hands over NRI's, life, career, job, children, Visa, passport, and other coercive tactics to extort from the NRI by the salivating fraudent girls and their families in India. They indirectly want to extend Gulag Like Indian laws such as 498A, which supreme court has described as legalised terrorism, in foreign countries, instead of letting the laws of the countries where the couple resides, take its own course. In NRI marriages, girls/their families use 498A after returning to India themselves, to fraudulently file cases to extort money from NRIs. They thus effectively bar the NRI to even meet their families in India. They harass NRIs by falsely accusing the whole family including the ailing, old sick parents, to extract their pound of flesh, and send them to jail. What sort of law is 498A? 98% cases of which have been proven false. Why the girls'families and girls indulging in such false accusations, and extorting money, and destroying lives, not jailed the same way? Triya charitra is well documented in history! why these criminals are spared.
Need to consider the other side of the coin also...i mean to say for grooms who are marrying a NRI bride, almost the same rules shud b applicable...What say?
