Normally articles related to heart attack, cancer etc make one feel very sad and sullen. You have an excellent ability to put across the risks associated with heart attack and how you and your doctors dealt with it is mind boggling. You have a great way of conveying the information. Thanks a lot.

heart attack.

Its an article as it happened in real life and has the truth spoken as met in the face of premature termination of ones attachments to this world. Life will always be incomplete even if u live for a 1000 years unless u detach from earthly activities/ duties at a certain point in our lives. Heart will then pump at 80 / 130 even if one is at 100 years , as one will eat the right food ,in the right amounts, at the right time and sleep at the right time. As for the exercise one if will do the days hard work with the right amount of physical activity is enough. The concept of exercise isfor the rich, lazy and sedentary mortals and not for normal people. We wish u a long and peaceful life hereafter that u will cherish every moment.Best Wishes. Thanks for sharing the TRUTH of this life for the vainglorious chasers of this life.
