Things Rajnath must do: 1) Control the second Gen leaders 2) Use RSS to get inclined more towards hindu idealogy 3) Use UPA's mischieves to make the NDA stronger. 4) Start touring South india mostly karnataka and andhra to build a strong cadre. 5) Work towards development issues
I think the BJP will come back wuth a bang as there are many lakhs of pro-bjp men across the country. The leaders have learnt the lesson that when the party loses everybody loses and their future is dark. Rajanath will do the job-murty

What Rajnath Singh should do is a straight talk to the so called catorie and tell them to behave in the interest of the party and for them seves. If they pull from every side there will be no BJP in another 5 years. Its better that they pulled up the sleeves and got down to business soon the better. With the episode of the sting operation, Congress has gained vital points to put them down. I am amazed that the BJP cannot see that the so called media companies who do these sting opeartion, which are extentions of the Congress as most of the MPs caught are of the BJP. So now the BJP needs to have a similar outfit to nail as many as Congress and CPM members. This will only enable to keep the UPA under the scanner and also send out the message to their own to behave.

Congrats to him for taking over new president of BJP. But he himself knows that it won't be so easy for him. I hope that new president will be able to find the reasons for failure of BJP in last lok sabha elections. If he doesn't want to try to hard then I will like to tell him the reason. Main reason for BJP's defeat in last elections was discouraged grass root workers. Everyone can ask why were workers upset despite of good performance of Vajpayee's government. The main reason was attitude of BJP leaders example Mr Pramod Mahajan, Ms Swaraj, Mr Jaitly all those who don't represent mass base but only high class life.
Dear Mr Singh, please try and understand the voice of the workers as I am one of them. Do away with the people who don't represent people especially Mr Mahajan (Laxaman Bhaiya) who is not laxman but Ravan in Laxman's skin. He can only cause obstacles and embrassment to you. I hope that your tenure may rejuvinate the workers and they will again work for the party to take it to new heights.
He should stick to basics and Strive for the development

Rajnath should first stick to basics. He shud not flirt with different idealogies. Also he should utilise the young talent available in BJP for strengthening it frm grass root levels. Development of BJP ruling states shud be the main motto. For this BJP CM's shud be dictated to act as CEO's of ths state and be proactive.
