It is a tragedy of the system in this country that if you have money and you can get away with anything. Jessica case gained popularity because the people involved are highly placed in the soceity. How many such cases happens everyday in this country which go unreported because they have now clout. This country is said to be the land of spiritualism. What is happening to our culture. We train our youngsters to earn money by hook or crook and they see in the society how our leaders and parents behave. There is no wonder that they also follow their path. They become bolder and bolder when their aberrations go unpunished either by parents or the society. I am sure nothing is going to come out of this hue and cry because the people involved use all their might to get away with their sins. What a tragedy that the Congress President has to tell home minister to protect the witness. Why this clause was removed from the amended CPC?

It cannot get worse than this. The judgement in the case is a testament to the fact that rich and powerful can do anything they like in India and get away with it. They are beyond the law and have made a mockery of it.

The police officers responsible for the acquittal of the accused should be booked.

The main accused Manu was on the run after the murder was committed - doesn't that corroborate his involvement?

The other accused - Vikas Yadav has dubious credentials too.
