Manu Sharma and gang is showing us the true colour of our Indian Democracy. We are asked to vote once in 5 years if politician allows us , why should we vote? what do we get in return? gr8 politician like Manu , Shahabuddin , Pappu Yadav...list will go on may be upto 500 out of 542. Prime Minister And President are just big jokes.....India is shining! Hope our system will allow us with following right some day! 1)Call back our MP's and MLA'a if they do not fulfill their commitment(submitted in the form of Afidavit to EC) by negative voting. 2)We Can Vote negative in election stating "No one deserves my Vote" and if it comes in Majority...all candidate diss-allowed to stand in election for rest of their life. 3)Any change of party by MP's & MLA's , not allowed and re-election at the cost of that candidate or party. 4)Min. qualification and age to stop bad candidate.
If we have some of the above then will reach to India shining.
Jessica was shot by Manu's gun but it is murdered by our indian justice, police and all those who have helped the culprits by destroying their evidences. I want to convey my message to all the indians and to the most to them who helped the culprits that it could be ur case in future, next time it would be ur mother, sister. What I have learned from life is that who ever is committed a crime in life, he/she would get punishment here only in one form or in other. So, I would like to convey my message that please forward my message to indians as much as possible.
We all can sit and say who the culprits are but are we ever trying to learn out this fact that, such injustice shuldnot happen to another Jessica? It is so disgusting, that even now Manu Sharma is not expressing his guilt. If he is a true Human or MAN, by now he must accept his crime and throw out the cowerdness. He is never going to live again but he can always bow down to law and humanity and try to become a part of real MAN.
Indian justice method is absolutely a curse to we all Indians. A normal person never gets justice unless he gives away all money and his life.
All rich and others are Human being, and rich are no different to perform all Great things like Murder, Rape and go on and still enjoy a normal life without compensating for their crimes. Manu Sharma must be punished and this hard fact has to be even digested by his parents for the deeds he has performed after being brought up in best of best atmosphere. What sin did Jessica do to him for him to take the extreme step on her.. His addiction to Drink does not mean he can eat away any one's life. When we cannot give life to some one, we even do nto have rights to take aways lives. This message to the whole world.
It seems that Inidan Judges and the system does not seems to have the eyes to see things through. It is always the case. Can't think or remember any fair trial conducted since last. Appeal to Mr. President will also fade in dark with inquiries and we look in matter attitude of government.
Jessica is not only murdered by Manu's gun, but she was more murdered (along with Law abiding Indian citizen) by Indian Judiciary system. Ministers (criminals) having faith in "Nyay".

What happened to Jessica Lal was indeed sad, but what has happened now is worse. They let a murderer get away. I am not a great believer in our judiciary system but this has really shaken my belief in humanity itself. How can a person cold-bloodedly take another human's life and live a normal life. DOes he has not have a heart? What about people like Shyan Munshi? and others who helped Manu Sharma get away. Its not only his friends who helped him , but each and every person who was present at the party and saw the crime happening and did not speak against the culprit. All these people are guilty of murdering Jessica Lal.
