We are just sinking everyday, to the bottom of a never-ending ocean. We, the people tend to forget, strength only comes from truth and justice. If this case killed one Jessica, it gave birth to a hundred Manu Sharmas. Its a shame, that a cold-blooded killer can just get away in broad daylight, when everybody knows, what's the truth. I sincerely hope, a major calamity should hit our beloved India and wipe out everything and everyone. Just as a virus ridden PC hard disk needs formatting, our country needs to start all over again. I feel, that's the only solution to the multi-faceted corruption ailing every segment of our Indian society. It pains a lot, when you think of the Jessica's sister, who had to live and see this day, who believed in our judicial system.Truth is, we have sold our bodies, souls and mind to the rich and the powerful. We are slaves, who are everyday digging our own graves. But I would like to remind everyone & Manu, there is a bigger judge up there, who will bring justice and Manu will have to pay the price of his misdeeds, in this very life.
Manu sharma had killed Jessica but this judgement has killed her whole family and their faith in the system. There is actually no punishment for the rich. no matter whatever they do. They will b easily let go. First of all We have such a weak system with so many loop holes and on top of it anyone and everyone can dominate the decisions of big authorities by paying sm amount of money. That is the most ridiculous thing about our system. All the rules, regulations and laws are for poor and there is no law for rich. It could be salman khan killing someone on the street, it could be Tiger Pataudi,or manu sharma. All of us must stand up against these wrong decisions of the court and demand for equality n justice.
Yes, where are these so-called Elite of Delhi society? Everybody knows who they are;socialites, page 3 people,& corporate honchos who were present at the scene of the crime. If Delhi society has even a modicum of values, these hostile witnesses must be treated with the utmost of hostility. They should be ostracised, not invited to any parties, refused to be served at hotels and pointedly ignored in their nieghbourhoods. As for the murderer himself, his face should be tarred & painted in black whenever he appears in public. If any advice is reqd., our Bangalore MLA's will be delighted to provide a free service. I sympathise with the Lal family. My advice to them- get the hell out of Delhi, a city with no soul, an excess of political clout & a total lack of moral fibre
Our people lost the faith in our judicial system very long time back. These things will be going to happen again and again. To make the things worst, there are some people called 'intellectuals' demanding for the abolition of the 'Capital Punishment'. In India, really human doesnt have any value at all. If somebody has wealth and strong polical background, then, he/she can do any crime, even murder somebody on the mid of the road in the noon time and still walk away from any punishment. This is the reality. We, all the Indians should feel shame for our so called 'Great Democracy'. Really we dont know the meaning of 'Independence' and 'Democracy'. Our need of the hour is not a 'Democracy' but a severe and hard Governance of a Military or like Hitler or like Arabian laws. If somebody murder somebody, give immediate and instant punishment at the public place by hang them or by stone to death or by any other cruel way. This is the only way to save millions of our people from the criminals including politicians. Unless character and attitude of our people change, India will fast forward towards stone-age again.
This is really very shameful for our police department as well as the law of our country.
It's just a few days earlier that one of the Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who was booked under the Wildlife Protection Act, has been sentenced to one year imprisonment in the blackbuck poaching case, but a person who has killed somebody in public gets no punishment and is now free.
Now the question is whether Manu Sharma has killed Jasica Lal or not. If he did not kill her then who did? Why the witnessed named him and then they changed their statement.
This whole case shows that how a person can easily make the crime and run away in front of all.
Over and all this whole case disappointed all the indians except those who did this crime.
It is totally shame for the whole country.Politicians are talking about the "shining of India" and the economists are happy about the boom in sensex and the steady growth rate of Indian economy. But who will take care about improving the moral values in the citizens;what can we say about those people who were the eye witness for the brutal killing of Jessika lal? what makes them to revert on their stand against the witness? unless the citizens in the country are bold enough to stick to certain values the boom in sensex, the GDP growth rate , the IT revolution etc can not support the country forever.
Things have ended up in a shamefull manner ,It seems Investigating agencies and other supporting systems are applying all of their resources and energy to create circumstances to aquit the guilty and criminals .We and the Judiciary should pin point their proceedings to find out and punish the guilty .How can witness be made hostile so conviniently ? There must be provission to punish such victims and even the false compainants ?How can such a daylight crime can go on without punishment.., This will incourage criminals to go on with it so easily....,Judicairy people will have to have a responsible role to come out of this situation because people of India still have faith in our judiciary system
We are in a very peculiar position. In India where law is not for someone powerfull. Ordinary citizen are like ants and mosquitoes who can be easily wiped off. Everyone knows who killed but court acquits the person for want of proofs. We can not blame court nor we can blame the police who do not act as need be. The best way to live a normal life in India is not to become famous and rich. Be middle class no one will look into your life and be happy.
i was sad on reading about the verdict. i can only pray to god that all those culprits who murdered her and those who saved those murderers shall be punished by him in this life time only. seen numerous instances pratical happening of the proverb 'as u sow so u reap'. this will certainly happen one day in this case also
