Was this not a foregone conclusion that the case would end this way. How many times will people talk and write about Rich & the Famous getting away with all the misdeeds and the poor innocent being punished.
I think even imagining that the society should have the conscience to bring out the truth is funny in today's context
Bingo......I completely agree with the author.....our entire system of judiciary is messed up.....drastic measures are called for to remedy this situation.....the lesson for todays youth being, if you are powerful/rich you can get away with murder.....
It is 100% sure that the witnesses were bribed or threatened to turn hostile. I am totally agree with the views of Ms.Indira Jaisingh that the Judges should look into the reasons why a witness turn hostile.
The judgement is very unfortunate when it is clear as daylight that the accused are the real culprits.
Its shame that Manu Sharma and co. got off the hook for the crime which was witnessed by more than 100 people. Well, all said and done I believe the culprits have to fought with their weapons. I mean money power! I can mobilize enough money here in Gulf countries to counter the Manu Sharma's money cum muscle power. I need the following if any of veiwers/readers can provide: a)Adress and phone number of Jessica's family members b)A good criminal lawyer who can fight the case again. c)'Muscle' men who can bring the witnesses back to court. They can quote their price and payment methods. d)Any scientific agency who could re-view the whole case again on scientific analysis and come up with scientific evidence. If Manu Sharma has money and proven his point of 'buying' justice,I have a point to persue-and that is I can buy Manu Sharma & co's death sentence by the same Court which acquitted them. Any takers on this could please contact me on varundhyani@gmail.com or could phone me up on 00971-50-2372166
Lets turn the table.I need your co-operation. Thanks Varun
We have been witnessing exploits of the people in the law business for quite a long time now and it is still prlifrating and has become more hard fact for Indian people. In such a situation what are the dintinguished personalities in the law arena doing? Can't the law systamatics be improved in any way to give it a sustainable shape so that it is not moulded by the bad people in the business?
Inspite of acquitals by courts, distinguised citizens of this country have to read about their supposed guilt in newspapers. There are other cases one remembers like a person called Nanda.
I wish these distinguised citizens would sue the authors and publishers of these articles and teach them a lesson. I call for a mass movememnt which forces prople like Manu Sharma to begin legal proceeding in the very courts in which they have been acquited.
