These are early signs of BIHARISATION of the country.

It is state's responsibility to see that such high profile cases reach the logical conclusion. Else, you will have naxalites all over the country.

Judicial activisim has brought in some sainity in the way some civil problems are being handled by the ruling elite.

Now the time has come that judicary should take the responsibility of such travesty of law and take corrective actions.

Someone is murdered in a crowded place & we could not nab the murderer.

Even judiciary has to answer for such acquittals.

who was a bihari in the whole episode - Jessica, the guests or the murderer?

Surely you buggers cross all limits of decency and propriety when you use such language.

Jessica Lal's Murder

If it is true that only6% of criminal cases get convictions and 94% gets acquited then why have a Justice Deparmtne and Police Department? It is absolutely a wasteful expenditure in the society including the activities of the lawyers.
Are they not accountable?
Bina Ramani and her friends will keep on appearing in P3. but I see the anger, frustration and helplessness in the face of many ordinary citizen. Cant we do something to change our Society?
