Who on this earth gave the Shariat court to punish someone who's doesn't even fall under its jurisdiction? Moreover, he's neither a Muslim nor an Indian national. How can this law cover him?
Have these people gone mad or wat?
Moreover, where will that UP minister get Rs. 51 crore which he said he would reward with for behading the cartoonist.
These people should change their mindset. Else, they should have some brain transplant.
now try to find out who is more guilty a cortoonist who has shown prophet as a terrorist or these religious leader (or should i say terrorist) who openly are demanding for someone's beheading...... an U.P. minister is coming up with the same...... peoples are starving there because of scarcity of resources (as they claim it) but mr. minister is trying to put up an reward of 510 crore (???) on some killing........ now who is more guilty.
What are police doing? This man should be arrested on the charges of attempted murder and inciting for murder. All people who file cases in public interest, this is the situation in which a public interest litigation must be filed against this kazi. No law is above India's law.
Will the U P minister pay 51 crores from his own pocket? It is the people's money which we pay as tax for the developement of our country, not for fatwas. If this is the way we waste money why the hell should we pay tax? India is known as the country of peace and tollarance. It has no place for terrorism. We dont want things which happened in middle east, pakistan to happen in india. It has no place for fanatic. Such intention should be crubed at the grassroot level, before we tarnish our image.
Drawing cartoon of any kind with refference to any religion is wrong. It can be handle in other way.....may be by drawing another cartoon. But i think for the minister killing a person is much easier than writing a book againt it or draw a cartoon.India is not a muslim country and no sharia law will be followed. We are tolerant, our soil or our religion is not weak that it will get tarnished by stupid cartoon
North India is a meeting place of Foolish moulanas, who never use their intellect while issuing fatwa and UP is the epicenter of such imprudent decrees. They are often dolls at the hands of enemies of Islam. Their Fatwa is used only to disgrace Islam and to give wrong message of Islam among the public. This act defames the whole Muslim nation. Latest is death decree to the Danish Cartoonist, who caricatured Prophet Mohammad in vulgar pictures, issued on behalf of the Idar-e-Sharia Darul Kaza and Ifta Firangimahal Taksal, They are least educated and driven by momentary passions. They never think of the surroundings and consequences of their foolish acts. Never their fatwas have been in support of prestige of Islam. All such institutions and persons associated with them should be debarred from the mainstream of Muslim nation in India. Muslim Personal Law Board and Majilise Mushawarat have to derive a mechanism to curtail any such bodies issuing such irresponsible fatwas.
Looking at this decision, we as India are trying to prove how illiterate and uneducated we are. Muslims are very much part of India as any other religion community and any decision about a life definitely is outside human power. Now whether it is Hindu, Muslim, Christian and any other religion. This decision will not create only animosity among each other but also drive some youngsters to make quick money to make that cartoonist beheaded. Rather we should stand up peacefully and condemn the act of cartoonist.
It is not right to make a statement at this unruly situation, more so when the world is aginst it & killing eachother in its name. Its just that he's pouring oil into a burning fire, but ultimately he's forgetting that he's standing in his own house & pouring oil into fire, it can catch fire to his house. He should be forwarding hand towards world peace not voilence.
How about a cash reward, offered by the 'Society for sane muslims' for beheading the monster (err 'minister')! And how about the Shariat court issuing a 'fatwa' or a death warrant against Osama for killing thousands of innocents in this religious rights war that he is waging???
The fawta to behead the cartoonist in Denmark, is illegal in India and has no reference to the secular democratic laws that this mighty democracy called INDIA,upholds. We free citizens cannot be held ransom to dual laws, especially a law that had been framed in the deserts of Saudi Arabia and suitable to that geographical region.I call upon law makers and government, especially the Home Minister and Law Minister to immediately issue arrest orders of all persons that issue threats to kill or incite murder where ever they maybe applicable. In their personal capacity , these terrorists , may apply for a Danish Visa and take the risk to impose terror threats in that country and spare our Motrherland from such terrorising tactics.Hope this matter is taken seriously and with no consideration to VOTE BANK POLITICS.
