So many time, Hindu Gods and Godesses has been used by cartoonist, even some time ago by Mr.M.F.Hussein, where these people were who are talking about fatwas now when their Prophet is attacked. Anyhow what I feel is that its not correct to hurt somebody's feeling whether Hindus or Muslims. This is wrong.
Guys... the Muslim Clerics have the right to say whatever they feel like. India ensures freedom of speech to all. But when an employee of the State does something like this, it should send alarm bells ringing... Whats wrong with Mohammad Yaqoob Qureshi? He is a minister of UP... maybe he should think before doing something. Mr. Quereshi, here's a thought for you... if the UP government has Rs 51 crore why not spend it on opening schools for the less privilaged? Or how about using it to help people who can't afford to pay their medical expenses? I am sure that Prophet Mohammad will be a lot more pleased with you if you can save a few people from starving to death, or educate some of your countrymen so that they can earn their own food.
Is it legal to issue fatwas for death in India? Murder is illegal and any contract to get someone murdered is illegal too. Now, if anyone tries to pull this kind of a stunt, then I guess he could be in big legal trouble if this can be proved in the courts that he did offer money to get this cartoonist killed. Hey, Mr. Minister, you could be in a soup if your political enemies feel like using this opportunity... and you too, Qazi... Issuing fatwas that don't exhort people to do illegal things is okay. But asking people to become murderers for money (even if you do it in the name of a fatwa) is a crime.

Issuing Fatawa by the Quazi and Mosque head is not surprising as they have religious freedom to do so.Also as stated their Fatawa dont have much of practical importance just the expression of their unhappiness.But what is surprising the conduct of state minister announcing reward.I wonder is he going to pay the reward from state fund?This is blow to the secular image of India.The ministers at least should be restrain themselves from these things. Now even Muslim knows why you are doing such things Mr.Minister,It is not to protect their rights but to gain some votes!!It is not a welcome conduct. On Danish cartoonist--- It is total fault of him to do such an Act.He or everybody for that matter knows that this thing is going to hurt the sentiments of Muslims,Then why to paint and do such things.They say it is freedom to express but why controversial issues only.
