If we were talking of an urban society in the eighties, probably atrocities on women was a worthy enough cause to champion - because there used to be more atrocities on women than on men. Today it is no longer a valid scenario in India cities - in fact it has become an artifice to oppress the men, especially in urban areas. Today the media trumpets a sporadic incident of someone abusing a woman. What about the atrocities inflicted by the women on men to which the media chooses to be deaf, blind and dumb ? For example, just take a look at our Divorce laws - it's so biased against men. How many articles do we find in the media on this ? Women's liberation has happended in urban India - now there's no need to accord urban women special status and go ga ga over every exhibition of chauvinism by males. Why don't we in the same vein deplore the feminists ? I guess social workers and the media are mostly city centric. Hence they do not venture out into the multitudes of Indian villages where this scenario still prevails. A plea to the media - please leave the urban scene and go to the villages if there's an honest intention to stop atrocities against women.

Men have a history of protecting women and because of male hater feminsism and misuse of law by male hater feminist false complaints againt innocents are growing and the same is happening with Justice Dhingra after he has ordered that Income Tax department should enquiry about dowry articles and the source of income and the dowry shall also be punished.
These feminst are targeting Justice Dhingra for the same. Let sexual harrasement at workplace come they all male judges will be sent to jail.
In India sexual harrasement is not required to go to jail, it is the compliant of sexual harrasement. Now, our makers are also getting what they have developed for others.
whoever you are...please for god's sake..you havent done any crime that you were born a woman. lady..bring some optimism and self respect in you.if justice seekers start behavin in this manner...god only knows what would happen to this world. i dont intend to give any sermon...but i just wanna say that please....have some self respect..then only others will respect you...to put it...it doesnt matter if others respect you..untill you know and regard your worth.

Remember the movie 'Liar Liar'? That movie showed the least negative character of lawyers. The legal fraternity is becoming a law into itself. The provision of 'contempt of court' is as bad as TADA or POTA. The court refuses to listen to the voice of the frustrated masses. In most cases, in the name of strike, the lawyers have indulged in arson and rioting like hooligans. To think that such people are part of the legal system makes me sick. With people of such character in the legal fraternity incidents like molestation of women by male lawyers and dull witted judges like Dhingra comes as no surprise. I hope the Delhi Bar Association and the Supreme court takes a strong stand against Dhingra in this matter. - Sriram, Chennai
The judge who used such language against Lawyer Choudhury is not just showing his male chauvinistic attitude but also disrespecting his stature as a Supreme Court Judge. A Nation which is trying hard to establish equality in every sphere of life should immediately take action against the judge! For once i guess the judge forgot that his own existence is possible only because of his mother who is a woman too!!!
It is horrific that people who are in such esteemed positions talk so cheaply. Appropriate punishment would send the correct signals to the whole judiciary and also to people in responsible positions.
The alleged Judge who is trying to make mockery of judiciary shoud not go away from his offence. Due punishment should be meted out.
