it is a disgrace the way women, and might i add professionals especially, are treated in this country. women lawyers are regarded as being most aware of their rights and yet men have the audacity to trample their rights with impunity. in my opinion such a judge who himself is in contempt of court has no business being a judge in a court of law and pretend to be the upholder of law.

It is again a flase propoganda of feminsits in india. The allegations on Hon'ble judge is flase and every one is judiciary knows about it.
It is the problem of feminist they if judiciary will not listen to them and pass orders in their favour they will rope all male judges in flase rape, sexual harrasement cases.
this is really very sad that these kind of things are going on between the proffessionals. As this is not expected from them and proper enquiry should be call upon and taken some strict action against such people. why the hell they don't respect womens they are the ones who help us each and every time. just try and give them respect and theirdignity back.`

Please teach women to start respecting men also. Putting flase allegations on anyone is not respecting men or judiciary.
Please come in 21st century and also understand that all women are not born in raja harishchandra family, they lie also and if you do not beleive me as age of girl sitting next to you. :)
This is not to galvanise any feminist movement. It is however a crime to discriminate against and humiliate any Indian citizen at his or her place of work. It is worse when a person in authority does this crime. Dhingra must be prosecuted if we are serious about doing something to deter indignities against women. The lady lawyer Chaudhary must get all the support from the bar council, the media (which is sadly asleep), citizens groups and all right thinking individuals. This is the same thing that one KPS Gill did many years ago, albeit in a different manner to insult another senior lady official. Dhingra must be punished!

I am thankful to feminist this time that they have not borken the chair of Dhingra as last time they did with J D Kapoor.
Dhingra is the same judge who said that the dowry giver shall also be punished. What is the problem to feminsit and why are they putting false allegations of justice dhingra.

Who told you Rajeev that these allegations are ture? Please come in 21st century mindset and do not consider women as abla.
It is a feminst propoganda to malign all judges who give justice and are not favouring feminist. It is a War. Dhingra is a same Judge who said that Dowry giver shall also be punished.
The judiciary system in this country has bestowed upon itself the powers to be. We are living in a democracy? What democracy? With judges ruling the roost, its high time the legislature and the excecutive amend the constitution to curtail the powers of the judiciary.
Today, the judiciary stands for inefficiency, discrimination against women and passing judgement based on popular mood as opposed to facts, for example, the Narmada Bachao Andalon.
If the constution is not amended, we might move from democracy to Judge-o-Cracy and for the worse.

Who will gaurd the feminist? and their sponsored legal terrorism. Good women are suffering because of some bad women in the society.
If it is a true report, it would be shame and typical of a prevelant character in the "educated arrogants" of India.
In LLRM Medical College Meerut, one professor expressed to a student " how can you answer me correctly. Aisy shakal hi na teri". ( my classmate had prominant teeth which were yellow due to excess of Floride where he came from) It was in 1970 but it still hurts me. I was the only one in my class who protested sucessfully.
I have witnessed so many such heartless expressions in India. I am so sorry to say, I have found Indians ( and may be others like Pakistanis as well)very selfish and stonehearted. Perpetual lack of security, system and fairness and continuam of uncertainities has caused a genetic mutations in us, it seems. P.K.Garg P.K.Garg
I heared about the incident and now gone through the episode in detail. I being a Citigin of this Democrating Country demand that the case in refernce must be enquired and the said Justice should be dealt as per the guid lines of the Supereme Court.
Ladies working as aLayer or in any field should not be treated like this.
hello, much do about nothing. may be the judge was irritated and spoke rubbish, which might be false and baseless. then so much time is wasted in all petty matters.the prime concern of judicary is bring down time for cases. all these issues are left out. some one can bless him which will help him change better, all these violent speeches will lead to more violence and retailation. no amount protest and enquiry will change a pers on heart. kindness alone will bring in fundamnetal changed. i know many women lawyers who can not solve problems peacefully and they go extreme level for small issues.strom in a tea cup. gopal
