It is really appalling to hear about such incidents. Perhaps, like politicians who enjoy too much of immunity when they are in parliament, our judges also enjoy too much of professional immunity. A constitutional review is overdue to review such professional immunity which instead of reinforcing their resolve to make brave judgements merely tempts them to make third rate comments in public. This is a mark of a rowdy, definitely not a judge.
Madam, I seriously think that Indian Males should grow up now! & stop feeling nervous on seeing a woman competently handling her job.
Ms Navratna should not feel belittled by what the judge said.She should just 'Give allowance to a poor brain'. It seems that the man is really nervous & finds himself pushed to the wall! He is only crying for help. Kalyani Choudhury
