This is clearly a one sided version to defame a Judge who is know be Good and is willing to fight for justise for men. What the Lawyer said to the judge is not told. What else can we expect other then lies and baised articles from radical feminists like the writer of this article i.e. Indira Jaising. Specially against these kind of Good judges. One can not trust specially against Justice Dhingra and the feminists propaganda machine of Indira Jaising.
after reading this issue the first thought came to my mind is: are v really professionals Being a lawyer is itself a reputed job and as a women its 2 tough whn u hear such things frm the seniors of the same field if this continues then i think their is urgency for higher bodies 2 look in2 d matters
it is clear that the judges who churn out high and idealist judgements are themselves male chauvinists at heart. they have confirmed that their status as "men" puts them at a better pedestal. but how grossly wrong they are.the fellow women judges must take a serious and active stand to combat the double standards prevailing in the nation's highst judicial institution
It is a matter of disgust and utter shame that such words have been spoken for a woman. moreso, such words coming from a Judge who is himself a member of the legal framework created to dispense justice. If such is the conduct of a person who is teh so-called custodian of justice i wonder what might be expected of others...even worse is the flimsy justification provided by him. I can only conclude thence that equality for women is a myth.
The comments of the judge elucidate very well the fact that the judge forgot that he is only an arbitrator capable of giving a judgement based on his legal knowledge and capability to deliver an objective judgement by virtue of his unbiased attitude.There is no reason to feel like the God almighty and pass ridiculous statements.
A judge passing such comments to a female lawyer is highly deploable and simply unacceptable.Judiciary still commands some respect in this country. People approach the courts with faith of getting justice. IF this is the kind of treatment metted out ot a female lawyer then we can only imagine the plight of the common man in the temple of justice.

It is a false allegation. It is the feminist propoganda as this judge is very senior and beleive in justice. This is the same judge who has delivered recent judgements againt feminists hence they are putting false allegations againt him. Now, this misuse of law has started against people in judiciary. See, how much women are abla in 21st century and Media blindly support them.
