CPM wants its cake and eat it too by playing the roll of "Official Opposition". People of India understand, they are shedding Crocodile tears over Iran Vote. If they are serious about opposing Govt. policies on Iran, privatisation, labour laws, opening doors to MNC retail gaints, they should support no confidence vote against govt. or quit being hypocates.
India and indians must find a way to get rid of these so called leftists, who are nothing but out and out enemies of the people and agents of China. Its amazing how these fifth columnists are controlling the national agendas. There are leftists in the USA, however, in the matter of national interest they are united with the right. For example the majority of the democrats support the Iraq invasion, knowing fully well that it is in the interest of the US public. China is no different either, the new airport that is going to be built in Beijing for the 2008 olympics, will be built by a british-Dutch consortium. The UPA government must not capitulate to these elements at any cost. Thanks
What these commies do not know that they are supporting a hard core radical Islamic nation which is out to blast the entire world.
Little do these commies know is that India's problems with the Pakis have never been liked by the Iranians, they have at every given moment sided with the pakis, whether its Kashmir or any other thing.
Besides, hard core Islamist's biggest enemies are the commies & the secularists, which is what our commies & the Cong(I) dopes do not understand.
Maybe they are awaiting the second invasion of the Islamic hordes into India.
India has done right voting in favor of the resolution. Iran's nuclear program is not a threat for India but there are reports of Pakistani and Chinese invlovment and that is a cause of worry. Iran has been our traditional ally but the need of the hour is to reveal the covert interest of Pakistan and China.I think keeping this in mind India has voted in favor. Blaming the US pressure behind this decision doesn't sound great. At this juncture of time, India's own interst are first and foremost and co-operation with US is going to provide long term benefits such as more FDI in India, more participation in global matters such as Human Rights and Enviornmental Issues.
Left Front is negecting the visible truth that for development we need support of the West and in particular of the US. Iran some times back had promised to supply the oil but now India can see options like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and US contolled Iraq for its growing energy needs.
A debate in parliament would be vital to develop a consencus in country and in my views the goverment should invite prominent defence experts and nuclear scientists in the parliament to clear the confusion.
