Good Morning India
by Sumit Goyal on Feb 03, 2006 02:37 AM  Permalink

Hi Friends,
Well nice to hear about the cases. I am not a lawyer nor I know any of these people personally. Neither have heard much about them before this, but yes I am an Indian and I do not know what is happening to our country.

A person who did too much for the welfare of the law and order, he is been accused, may be he is wrong I am not asking not to punish him, but.......but as we know we have too good names with us with too good jobs done by them, but they are still safe because they are politi...., no cases are there and if there are some they are pending. These kind of cases comes in scene only when they are off the power.

So my dear friends I would request the government to keep the cases pending till he is job and than only take these cases under consideration so that he would be able to do the job properly.

Hope everything will be fine..Rest is upto you power oriented people.

Enjoy
Take Care

Daya Nayak`s arrest stayed by High Court
by d.z.thorat on Feb 02, 2006 11:35 PM  Permalink

A real damage is being done to this country by our judiciary through such stays, acquittals, unnecessary and quite senseless procedures and delays, "reserving" court judgements, ignoring the naked truths staring the judiciary in their eyes, grandiose and extraneous logic being propounded while giving incorrect judgements etc. etc. Firstly, the facts and circumstances of Nayak case are clear - he has amassed a huge wealth, but his real crime is most certainly much heinous. Why should anyone pay Daya if not for saving his life(not shooting him down in an encouter) or for making Daya shoot some innocent person in a faked encounter? How can a dish washer-turned-psi have crores amassed in less than 10 years? It is high time this country thoroughly look at our judiciary. Actually, the Mumbai police commissioner should immediately launch a thorough investigation into all Daya`s killings, and especially those he was supposed to shoot, but did not. That is the main crime.

Daya Nayak's deeds.
by Ritu B. on Feb 02, 2006 07:19 PM  Permalink

Well even though I don't support people laundering money or taking bribes. But don't this guy deserve little dishonesty. After all he got rid of 83 criminals. Lets just say he got compensated for his job. Anyway the cops are expected to put their life on line but do not get paid enough. If only the Govnt of India increases salary to a decent level that we can get more worthy people in this line and may be they will not get greedy.

Daya Nayak's arrest
by Satish Saxena on Feb 02, 2006 06:30 PM  Permalink

Daya Nayak has done immense service to the community by eliminating 83 criminals. Everybody wants to multiply his money. If Daya nayak and family are doing so what is wrong.Even if he has accumulated money by indirect means and it has not harmed the society, why should we bother. Can't we look the other way when we see that somebody is so useful to the society.

by Sulabh on Feb 02, 2006 02:40 PM  Permalink

Strange country.. There will not be arrest warrants for those who swallow crores of rupees.
Mr Nayak who has got rid of so many bad elments from the society is being punished..
Mr Nayak should be rewarded for his service...

There is a possibility of people donating the money to Mr Nayak for his brave and daring actions..

People of anti curruption beuro themselves have to be tried for corruption and the people who have ordered teh inquiry should be arrested..
