sadam the lion was the one and only MAN who opposed the trecherous bush openly daringly and bravely from middle east.hw cn u call him a dictator wn women rights protected and national developement found only in his regime?.IT IS A DARK DAY IN ALL MUSLIMS.how can we forget this bakrid...with innocent blood
I think it was not fair because if at all any problem was there due to him in Iraq it self, it was up to the people of Iraq to fight and solve the problem . Not a third country to come , fight and executing Saddam. It looks totally unfair. Afterall, this might have been the Nature's will. We do not know. May be, many people in Iraq might have died or suffered because of Saddam. But still it looks unfair for a third country to enter without any request from the country's people, even by the other sect which suffered at the hands of Saddam. Well, what is to happen, it happened. In the history of the world, who ever was executed, that person has be come a Hero or God after his departure from the world through a Death punishment and people have raised against the ruling party. May be Saddam might be going to be worshipped as God in future. We do not know. Future will tell the world what is going to be in store in future. May God bless the Soul to rest in PEACE. Venakateswara Sastry . K
What we are seeing is the consolidation of the United States' hegemony over a new international economic system. Saddam Hussein was the only truly secular muslim leader. Brutally done to death by the greatest terrorist and oil thief of them all, George Bush.
Saddam's hanging to death is not good at this age. He might have been sent to life imprisonment. sunni and shia differences arer historical .Majority always wanted to dominate minority. Then persons like saddam take birth and history repeats .to avoid it in future Iraq should be completely democratised by giving equal rights to each person in Iraq. then only it will be safe for Iraq, other wise civil war takes place in that country.
Its just silly/hypocritical that we Indians, who would never want someone like dictator Saddam to rule India, would wish his rule over other people. Might, if used correctly is Right. go USA , kill the Perv (short for pervez), l'il Kim and ahmedinajad too..
sadam has killed my innocent people . its a victory for man kind . the day will come whn al-quida will be whped aways from the earth . whc 2 had killed any innocent people.
It's a sad day on which a much bigger criminal has, acting like a saint, passed a strong judgement on a much smaller one. There's no fairness in this world any more, after the polarisation post fallof Russia.
By this cowardly and immoral act, a self-centred USA has made a martyr out of Mr Saddam Husain.
Faster the Muslims realise the harm being perpetrated on them in the name of help and support, better will it be for them and for world peace. Don't please play in the hands of others!
Long live Mr Saddam, and woe to Bush and his cronies. America, thy days are numbered!
Not many have the courage to do, what he did in the manner how he did. He represented Men, which are scarce in this world, who take decisions and stand by them, until the end. He was a Good Man, Impregnable, Invincible, and now Immortal after the cowardly act of Hanging him.
It is a shame, that out of greed for oil, The Allies do such impotent acts and misrepresent a leader by providing one-sided stories, of joy and celebration on his death. Not One American site, or channel has shown the complete truth, that there are people who support him worldwide, who condemn the one sided trial of the Allies. The Allies have betrayed the world by falsifying allegations of WMDs, Massacres, Tyranny, and nonsense stories against a true leader.
Saddam death shall provide the fuel required by Anti-Ally organizations to create more turmoil in the world peace. The silly decision has proven irresponsibility once again on the heads of world leaders. It is a shame.
I am Sunni Muslim, my father "worked" in Iraq during the Gulf War times in 1991 and I have spent almost my entire life in the Middle East. I believe I would be in a good position to comment on what the uninitiated world should feel about his and his sons' death. The only way I wished he were not hanged, is when he would instead be kept alive and tortured JUST LIKE THE WAY he tortured, raped and killed tens of thousands during his regime.
The worst of the lot was Saddam's eldest son, Uday, go browse around and you will shiver just by reading his tales of terror.
I also count Bush, Blair, etc. in the same light. But the point I'm trying to make is - sure death penalty might not be the right punishment for the modern world, but Saddam and sons so deserved this. This might set a dangerous precedent cuz US seems to be taking care of everything, justly or unjustly, but at least you people shouldn't "feel" for Saddam and his sons. The tyrants! Words fail to describe their tyranny.
