The EC like all the rest, are the craven creatures of the corrupt Cong and their goonda cronies. When their guy in TN announced all manner of blatant bribes for votes right before polls, the Cong-controlled EC remained silent as stiffs in a morgue - so much for the impartiality and independence of the EC. Yessir, the tentacles of Cong still reaches out to corrupt every facet of life in this fetid, stinking land of filth and squalor.
