In review of the article printed; I dont think what the Indian authorities have done is wrong. Any countries follows immigration rules. As an Indian expat living in Saudi Arabia: you need a visa to enter a country or with the necessary documnetation. The children did not have that and thus were deported. It is quite sad that that the IT professionals take our country for granted. It must have been a painful experience for the children but the parents are to be blamed. Air France should have checked the documents before travel which I believe is a stipulation by IATA. The Indian family should be compensated by the airline.
I would like to extend my profound sorrow for what's happened to you and your family. It's really arrogant and inhuman behaviour just by the powers they have to show their superiority.Hell with this people and sick guys who can't understand what the kids go through.don't they feel the pain a normal human would carry if he is treated in such a way. I would rather advise you to find some way to sue this guys.give them a damn shit to ............
talk to some legal advisor to book this guys under some humanright law.
Its really unfortunate that the temporary visa was also issued. But you could have avoided all the headache if you had check all the necessary paper work before starting the journey
This is absolutely inhuman and the people sitting there live in their own world. Request rediff to take this to NRI forum and it should reach the respective athorities for enquiry.........
