It should not be hard for Rahul Gandhi to be a mass leader. He seemed to have the material. People might be epecting much from him, but no one would demand at once. I do not foresee any leadership problem for Congress ! After Rahul, you have Priyanka. For the next generation, you have Priyanka's son. If Rahul begets a child, then that child will be the successor to the Indian crown. Still if people are missing something, his Spanish companion would fill the gap and keep up the Nehru-Gandhi family tradition.
If you ask about the Country's fate , well, I care a lot about the country but do not have any answer. Rahul and the family cronies who abound in the Congress may be the opposite - they may have a lot of answers but may not care about the country.
