If Mr Misra was suspicious of the cause of his son's death, why did he have the body creamted? He's a doctor, so he's no village idiot - couldn't he have allowed the body to remain at the morgue or a funeral home until he could get a second opinion? I'm sure he's familair with habeas corpus - without a body, he's fighting a lost cause, literally.
