i appreciate the work of cbi considering the amount of pressure they have to bear from the buearocracy and politicians; however after doin such a crime if a person is let to live merrily for 12 years, the system has not done enough. mr soren has build enough of money, power and name for this life and he would be hardly disappointed. again considering he being a union minister, that is part of the govt. and after doing such a crime, livin with it, he should be given the ultimate punishment as an act to prove that justice hasnt died in this country. it was an act of terror and terrorism of any kind at any scale should not be tolerated.
As you sow so as you reap. As per one news item, for every 4 Members of Parliament, one has a criminal backgraound.
Why not right thinking people and right thinking MPs pressurise the Government to establish fast track courts to try out the cases against the honourable MPs with criminal background. This will enable the tainted ones establish their credentials.
Let us break the criminal-politician nexus and cleanse the system.
