Merely tranferring these criminally corrupt officials won't do - they need to be arrested, tried, and publicly whipped, and then imprisoned for a very long time - it's time to put a stop to the criminal behavior of uncaring, corrupt babus and netas.
Incidents of such nature must be dealt very sternly. This should be an eye opener for the police personnel so that they act immediately and impartially so as to restore confidence to the people who have been denied their due share in all spheres like economic, social cultural and religious. Let all difference be it caste, religion, language, region, color or nation vanish and all being live and let live in an atosphere of peace and friendship
