Violation of human rights - Massacre
by Jatin Patel on Sep 04, 2006 04:10 AM  Permalink

By assasinating Bugti, dictator general has violated human rights. The case should be filed with United Nations. A freedom struggle has been opressed by opressors in their own land of infidelity. Pakistan was born out of hatred and world will see the hatred of pakistani terrorism, despite US+UK protective covers.

Akbar Bugti's killing & Paki line of froreign intervention
by D.Goel on Sep 02, 2006 11:07 AM  Permalink

Panchkula . Saturday, 2nd Sept. 2006.
Gen Sultan Ahmed is hard put to explain the uproar on his victim's death (Nawab Bugti)in the cave and Gen.'s accusations and innuendos of Indian media and
authorities patronising subversive violence by Baloch insurgents. This is the familiar textbook story that hard put tyrants always dish out, Indians not excepted in areas where there is political defiance of the central authority for reasons of ethnic cleansing , discrimnation of a targeted population alienated from "Legal" organisations of the State. It happens in India, in Mynmar, and in Srilanka and Nepal as well. The postcolonial states in south -Asia should learn the proper lesson of multi-ethnic commonwealth fast, lest they are going to be obliterated by fratricidal tribalisms and violent civil wars.Blaming Indians or Pakis for their own inept handlings of sensitive differences hardly helps.D. We The Idiots
by Keshav Dixit on Sep 01, 2006 09:56 AM  Permalink

The killing of Bukhti is another of those time wrapped games that the Pakistani and Indian Military /Politicians and Beaurocrats have been playing agianst we the people of these countries, keeping the disbeliefs against each other intact. This has been going on for the past 6 decades and WE THE PEOPLE OF BOTH THE NATIONS ARE HAPPY WITH THIS GAME BECAUSE WE ARE IDIOTS WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE END GAME. This game of immediately blaming the "Neiboughring Country" abolishes the responsibilities of the politicians & beurocrats (the military in case of Pakistan, from their basic responsibilities of the welfare of the nations and subverts the thoughts of the citizens into the cocoon of hatred towards the "Neibouring Contry". Hope we all wake up to this reality some time.

A taste of its own medicine
by Abhishek on Sep 01, 2006 02:24 AM  Permalink

Before asking why Indian media is taking interest in Balochistan, shouldn't Pakistan ask why its dictator chose to express his "interest" in the Gujarat violence on a United Nations platform??

A canard
by T.P. Viswanathan on Aug 31, 2006 11:14 PM  Permalink

Pakistani leaders are used to talking in monosyllables and without any credibility. There is perfect coordination of their hands, eyes and mouth when shower vituperatives on their peace loving neighbours. When they are caught on the wrong foot, they have no cohesive explanation to offer. I do not think Bhugti was hiding or clandestinely working. Therefore, how is it that Pak ingelligence people got to know of such alleged war of Bhugti against his country! It is just a canard without any proof or basis.
