i think here is no need to give reservation on caste basis.i think we have to change the system of reservation.reservation should on economic condition of family of student. other thing no need to reservation on caste in high education like aims, iit , iim etc.it is only and only on marit basis.
Reservation for the OBC's will only lead to bigger problems.Reservation may result in making those people stronger who already have a sound economic and financial background.There may be people who would need resrvations and there needs will be overlooked.The government should put in more funds in providing better infrastructure and teaching facilities in educational institution rather than focussing so much on reservation which does not solve the problem on the whole.
Excellent article. But the tragedy is none of our Politicians, as mentioned in the article, will stand up in the Parliament and advocate to withdraw the Quota system as advised by our great leader, Dr Ambedkar
Well Done. I have found the article criticising enough for the bunch of self centered ministers. I will suggest that everyone reading this article should forward it to the mail ID of HRD ministry with copy to all the important ministries including PMO. lets start a email campaign against unjustified reservation. I will be the first to start with it.
Hi, Very realstic artical by Rajat. From past 50 years same is happening & people are still sleeping. All what we need is get united & slap those politicians, who are takling about reservations. Buycot elections,Political parties who are in favour of reservations. We don't do anything right now, new generation will have very very tough time.

Hope this article is published in newspapers and magazines throughout India in all various languages, discussed in classes, put on all bulletin boards etc. Let this make people think clearly where our politicians are taking us and take corrective action in voting them out at the next election, hopefully. I am going to find out if NRI can vote; and if I can, I will be voting in every future elections.
The posts of Prime minister and President should be brought under reservation, As also th chief Ministers' spost and judges and akll class off zofficers in the civil and military should be brought under reservation . the prty presidents should alos be brought under reservation. they are being continued to be held by families . The parties that support reservation should set an example by reserving hte party leadr's post under reservation ., The minority communities should also have this reaservation .Now that in inida that the prime minister's post has never been held by any minority community , it should be reserved for the minority community at least for ten years .The post of party leaders should al;so be reserved for minorities . The politicinas should not just stop with preaching to others. They must set an example to the nation and inspire people , They shoould not behave like cheats and frauds who preach to others and do no practice themselves wht hey preach to others. A movement should be started to bring this into effect first . The party leaders should be force to implement the policies in their Parites first .
It was truly an excellent article explaining things in a lighter vein. Hope the Politicians feel the same before things start hitting the Country's Development adversely.
But this is going to be a story only. because all anti Reservationist (obviously cast basis) are spread and not united. God knows when We are going to unite

Dear friend We are not opposing reservation but don't like the basis of reservation. Once you got engineering degree on basis of caste based reservation there is no need to reservation for your child, you can provide him good eduacation.if you can't do so then what about a poor man belonging to upper caste ?? It is also wrong thig for student who belogs to your caste but his father is not engineer like you. So you don't think about other families these are from same cast but poor ? In india whats going on an reserve category IAS officer also wants reservation for his child it is going on By supporting caste based reservation you are showing your selfishness only, if it is not like that then you should protest caste based reservation so we can make a great india
