I dont know how to react to the people's madness. But there is no need for the officials to panic on a possible outbreak of apidemics because, the water most of the people in Bombay are drinking everyday is not a pure spring water though.They are immune to this.
But the question is "Does it take the officials two days to comeout with the test results of the so called holy water?".
Can the govt. quickly analyse the water and publish the contents across Mumbai? There is no point authorities sweating and waiting for patients in the Sion Hospital.
