If the Indians know the locations of these terrorist camps, it should not be difficult to track them with satellites and other surveillance equipment. That these criminals can enter India at will is even more proof of the stupidity, ineptitude and incompetence of her 'intelligence' wallahs. Also, all the camps within POK are perfectly legit targets for the IAF, as far as India is concerned, it's still Indian territory, illegally occupied by Pak troops and terrorists. Israel has shown the way - it's high time India acted in her own defense.
