TV channels leaked the Pathak report to People Of India who is supreme in the constitution.Members of Parliament are elected by People of India and comes second.As per "RTI" we the People of India have a right to information.So what are these MPs of NDA and Amarsingh fighting for.There is no question of privilege is informed.If TV channels have got the news it need not be from PM Manmohan Singh.It can be from Justice Pathak's office too.So what is and where is the proof.As per RTI NDA has to inform us how they came to know that PM leaked it.They cannot waste our precious money just by their imagination
The uneducated, illiterate, indifferent, crazy and corrupt 545 MPs were shouting and screaming against each other over the pettiest of issues (this time the Natwar Singh issue). And yet another precious day was lost.
There are thousands of pending proposals and bills that need to be discussed urgently in the parliament. Millions are dying in the floods all over the country and yet our MPs continue to show complete indifference and think that the parliament is a holiday-camp to chit-chat, shout, scream, play the blame-game and then go home.

Indias intellectual capital will simply erode if steps are not taken to support foreign investment with good roads, world class infrastructure and uniterrupted power supply. Yet our MPs continue wasting precious time of the parliament, not realising that our country is at a crossroad and continually at the spotlight from international investors.

Im agree that the UPA along with the speaker has continuesly been denaying the oppostion any room with issues to be taken up. But I also dont agree with the oppostion way of protesting. You always are angry when we see riotors / dharna participants on the road, factories, offices, but then when they see their leaders doing it outside the parliament then who is to blame. We should develope a more effective way of opposing. Because all this dharna will be wrapped up in 2 days and all will end well. But on the streets it gets ugly, loss of property and people getting hurt.
Hon'ble chairman Should appreciate that it is not in the interest of demcracy. Even if rulling party finds itself in the uncomfortable position the discussions on any issue should not be put on hold. It is crystal clear now that Congress or its office bearers have been benifitted with oil bonds and Justice Pathak has overlook various circumstancial evidences which hints that only Mr. Natwar singh can not be held responsible for the scam. Perhaps only option left now is formation of JPC which rulling party is avoiding. The congress wants to make HAY while sun shine. That's why Justice pathak has given report within few months. One should not forget that normally enquiry takes years to complete.
